The chain of activities that must lead to the goal realization of an organization (or part of an organization) are processes that in some cases are no longer properly aligned. This can lead to goals not being achieved or costs that are too high.

A good analysis of the processes, tasks, responsibilities and authorities may be necessary. Take a step back and go to the drawing board again.
